CONTRACT - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

LAPRAAC MEMBER ~ BASKETBALL GYM ~

The Los Angeles Police Revolver & Athletic Club hereinafter referred to as LAPRAAC, and engagor agree to the following terms and conditions:

Pricing: There is no fee charged for members of the Los Angeles Police Revolver and Athletic Club for use of the gym.

LAPRAAC members are allowed to bring up to 5 non-members into the facility. Non-membres must be accompanied by member at all times.

Food and Beverage: Food and beverages may not be brought into the gym from off-site. Any exceptions must be expressly authorized by the LAPRAAC General Manager. Under no circumstances shall there be alcoholic beverages brought into the facility from off-site.

Use of Facilities: All guests of this function must stay in the location designated on this agreement. All LAPRAAC Members must be in attendance at all times.

Damages to LAPRAAC Property: The engagor agrees to pay LAPRAAC for any and all damages arising from occupancy and use of LAPRAAC facilities by the engagor, engagor’s contractors, guests, and any persons present at the function. Such payment shall be due upon submission of invoice by LAPRAAC.

Disclaimer: Engagor acknowledges that the LAPRAAC has no responsibility for damages or loss to any personal property on or about premises, and that no bailment for personal property is assumed by LAPRAAC.

This reservation request will remain tentative, unapproved and subject to cancellation by LAPRAAC until this contract is signed by MEMBER and countersigned by LAPRAAC.
Failure to adhere to these Rules and Regulations could result in, but is not limited to, denial of the privilege to use the facilities in the future.
